The unique and timely information published in Country Guides comes from an expansive worldwide network of International SOS medical experts and security analysts. Our network includes 4000 staff members, 1000 of whom are medical personnel. Our network covers over 60 countries and is supported by 28 alarm centers and 50 offices worldwide.
Information in Country Guides is thoroughly reviewed and updated every six months. Medical and security alerts are posted as they occur and updated when there is new information. At a minimum, they are fully updated every 30 days.
Yes. Members maintain access to all of their subscriber benefits and are encouraged to call International SOS whenever medical care or advice is required, especially in emergency situations. Each Country Guide lists appropriate Alarm Center contact information. Alarm centers are accessible by phone 24 hours a day and equipped to answer your medical and security questions. International SOS staff is always available to address your concerns and help you find the information you need.
There are two ways you can easily access Country Guides.
Use your membership number to login at www.internationalsos.com/Members_home/. Your company’s unique membership number is listed on your International SOS membership card.
International SOS Online can provide you with a password-free portal, allowing employees to access Country Guides directly from your intranet. Contact us if you are interested in this product.
